Krishna Singh\n                                      Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      12.10.2010               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Wages of the informant&#8217;s son was due with these<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioners but he was asked to perform some work which was<\/p>\n<p>                     denied and he was abused in name of his cast, Chamar. Submission<\/p>\n<p>                     is that it was petitioners&#8217; door none was there to view bring the<\/p>\n<p>                     offence of abuse in public view rather it is specifically said that<\/p>\n<p>                     witnesses, Bhagatu Ram, Tanchu Ram and Chhotu Ram came when<\/p>\n<p>                     they saw informant&#8217;s son was being assaulted.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                     prayer of the petitioners is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 28 of 2010 above named<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                     each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhabua subject to the conditions<\/p>\n<p>                     as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
