NO. 29101 OF 2008 M\n                  --------------------------------------\n                 Dated this the 1st January, 2009\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner challenges recovery proceedings under the<\/p>\n<p>Revenue Recovery Act, to recover the amounts due, according<\/p>\n<p>to the respondent Bank, on account of the gold loans advanced<\/p>\n<p>by them to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>points out that against the decree in the civil suit obtained by the<\/p>\n<p>respondent Bank, petitioner has preferred an Appeal as in forma<\/p>\n<p>pauperis.    In such circumstances, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner prays that recovery proceedings may be kept in<\/p>\n<p>abeyance till the Appeal is taken up and orders are passed. The<\/p>\n<p>Writ Petition is disposed of directing that the recovery<\/p>\n<p>proceedings against the petitioner pursuant to Exts.P4 and P5<\/p>\n<p>shall be kept in abeyance for a period of three months from<\/p>\n<p>today.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                  Sd\/=<br \/>\n                                          K.
