SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 16\/11\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\t\tThe<br \/>\npresent application has been preferred by the applicants herein &#8211;<br \/>\noriginal accused to quash and set aside the impugned FIR being<br \/>\nC.R.No.I-111 of 2005 registered with Una Police Station as well as to<br \/>\nquash and set aside the charge-sheet.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tMr.Harshit<br \/>\nTolia, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants seeks<br \/>\npermission to withdraw the present application as the applicants<br \/>\npropose to submit an appropriate application for discharge before the<br \/>\nconcerned Court. He has requested to make suitable observations that<br \/>\nthe concerned Court to consider the said application in accordance<br \/>\nwith law and on merits, without in any way being influenced by the<br \/>\npresent order.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn<br \/>\nwith above liberty. As and when such application for discharge is<br \/>\nmade, the same be considered by the concerned Court in accordance<br \/>\nwith law and on merits, without in any way being influenced by the<br \/>\npresent order.
