Bachi Devi wife of Surendra Mahto\n                                                   Versus\n                                           The State Of Bihar\n                                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   21.9.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                 State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                 case registered under Sections 304B and 201\/34 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                 Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It has been submitted that the petitioners are the<\/p>\n<p>                 in-laws of the deceased and while the investigation was kept<\/p>\n<p>                 pending against them the husband of the deceased was put<\/p>\n<p>                 on trial and acquitted by the Trial Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the same, let the petitioners above<\/p>\n<p>                 named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest<\/p>\n<p>                 or surrender before the learned court below within a period of<\/p>\n<p>                 12 weeks from today in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                 case No.81 of 2010 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                 the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul<\/p>\n<p>                 at Motihari (East Champaran), subject to the conditions as<\/p>\n<p>                 laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal<\/p>\n<p>                 Procedure as also conditions (i) That one of the bailor will be<\/p>\n<p>                 a close relative of the petitioners who will give an affidavit<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>            The bailor will undertake to furnish information to the Court<\/p>\n<p>            about any change in address of the petitioners.
