Justice A.K.BASHEER\n\n Dated :02\/07\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n               H.L.DATTU, C.J. &amp; A.K.BASHEER, J.\n              -----------------------------------------------------\n                           W.A.No.1024 of 2004\n                  ----------------------------------------------\n                  Dated, this the 2nd day of July, 2008\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>H.L.Dattu, C.J.\n<\/p>\n<p>               This appeal is directed against the orders passed by the<\/p>\n<p>learned Single Judge in O.P.No.46 of 1998 dated 27-1-2003. It so<\/p>\n<p>happens that the learned Single Judge had clubbed O.P.No.46 of 1998<\/p>\n<p>with O.P.No.2618 of 2003 and by common order dated 27th January,<\/p>\n<p>2003 had disposed of both the original petitions. In that had issued a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the second       respondent to consider the case and pass<\/p>\n<p>appropriate orders.\n<\/p>\n<p>             2. The State had preferred two appeals against the common<\/p>\n<p>order passed by the learned Single Judge. The first appeal filed by the<\/p>\n<p>State against the order in O.P.No.2618 of 2003 is W.A.No.436 of 2004<\/p>\n<p>and the second appeal is W.A.No.1024 of 2004 filed against the order<\/p>\n<p>in O.P.No.46 of 1998.\n<\/p>\n<p>             3. Writ Appeal No.436 of 2004 came to be disposed of by<\/p>\n<p>order dated 8th November, 2004 on the ground that the respondents have<\/p>\n<p>already complied with the orders and directions issued by this Court by<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\"> W.A.No.1024 of 2004               -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>passing order dated 22-5-2004 and accordingly, the appeal came to be<\/p>\n<p>disposed of, having become unnecessary.<\/p>\n<p>              4. What has been said by the Division Bench of this Court<\/p>\n<p>in W.A.No.436 of 2004, requires to be said in this writ appeal also.<\/p>\n<p>Since the respondent has complied with the orders and directions issued<\/p>\n<p>by the learned Single Judge by passing order dated 22-5-2004, nothing<\/p>\n<p>survives in this appeal for our consideration and decision.
