Respondents\n                                          ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   14.11.2011            According to the petitioner, she was selected on the<\/p>\n<p>                     post of Anganwari Sevika in terms of Annexure- 1, dated<\/p>\n<p>                     05.05.2010. She went for training thereafter and started<\/p>\n<p>                     working in that capacity till by virtue of the order passed by<\/p>\n<p>                     the CDPO, Sanjhauli, District &#8211; Rohtas (Respondent No. 6),<\/p>\n<p>                     she was ordered to be removed from the post of Anganwari<\/p>\n<p>                     Sevika.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Petitioner   approached    the   District   Programme<\/p>\n<p>                     Officer with her grievance on the ground that there was no<\/p>\n<p>                     show-cause, no opportunity of hearing or any ground<\/p>\n<p>                     furnished to her before the order of removal came to be<\/p>\n<p>                     passed. Petitioner is totally in the dark as to the reason for<\/p>\n<p>                     her removal.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            This Writ is disposed of with a direction on the<\/p>\n<p>                     District Magistrate, Rohtas, (Respondent No. 2) that in case<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      the petitioner files a proper application in this regard before<\/p>\n<p>      him within four weeks, he will hear the parties concerned,<\/p>\n<p>      including the present petitioner on the issue and pass an<\/p>\n<p>      appropriate order with regard to the order of removal<\/p>\n<p>      passed by the CDPO.\n<\/p>\n<p>             It goes without saying that if the removal order has<\/p>\n<p>      been passed without giving an opportunity of hearing to the<\/p>\n<p>      petitioner, as has been alleged in the present Writ<\/p>\n<p>      Application, a duty is cast upon him to set aside the order<\/p>\n<p>      of removal.
