The extent involved is 2.53 Ares. This<\/p>\n<p>Court, by judgment dated 17.07.2008 in L.A.A.No.310\/2007 and<\/p>\n<p>connected cases, dismissed such appeals having an extent of less<\/p>\n<p>than one acre.
