It further transpires<br \/>\n\tthat the applicant has enjoyed temporary bail five times, but never<br \/>\n\tenjoyed furlough, and he surrendered in time before the jail<br \/>\n\tauthority. Along with this application, copy of the<br \/>\n\tdeath-certificate is also annexed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tthe facts and circumstances of the case, it is expedient to partly<br \/>\n\tallow the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tapplication succeeds in part and is accordingly partly allowed. The<br \/>\n\tapplicant &#8211; convict is ordered to be released on temporary<br \/>\n\tbail for a period of one week from the date of his actual release,<br \/>\n\tupon his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.5000\/- (Rupees<br \/>\n\tFive Thousand Only) before the jail authority on usual terms and<br \/>\n\tconditions. After the period is over, the applicant shall surrender<br \/>\n\tto the jail authority. The applicant shall not take disadvantage of<br \/>\n\this liberty and shall maintain law and order.\n<\/p>\n<p>Rule<br \/>\n\tmade absolute accordingly.
