Counsel Mr. Dharmesh Shah for<br \/>\nthe respondent No.2 Bank, is taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tDuring<br \/>\nthe course of discussion that has taken place today while hearing<br \/>\nCri.Misc. Application No. 6763\/2004, the Court is of the view that<br \/>\nlet both these Cri.Misc. Applications  may receive consideration  by<br \/>\nsome other Bench. So, not before this Bench. Registry is directed to<br \/>\nplace this matter at the earliest before the Hon&#8217;ble Chief Justice<br \/>\nfor obtaining appropriate orders for placing these matters before<br \/>\nanother Bench. Since the interim relief granted earlier expires<br \/>\ntoday, the Registry shall see that  both these matters are  listed<br \/>\nbefore another Bench at the earliest and preferably tomorrow  or at<br \/>\nleast on Monday i.e. on 09.10.2006.
