Ajmera  appearing for the<br \/>\nappellant Insurance Company states that there is a cognate appeal,<br \/>\nbeing First Appeal No.256 of 1985, filed by the claimants which may<br \/>\nbe ordered to be placed along with this matter so that both the first<br \/>\nappeals  can be heard together.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tBesides,<br \/>\nthe learned advocate submitted that earlier, learned advocate Mr.<br \/>\nH.B. Shah was representing the claimants in this first appeal as well<br \/>\nas  in other first appeal filed by the claimants. According to the<br \/>\ninformation available with the learned advocate for the appellant-<br \/>\nInsurance Company, learned advocate Mr. P.C. Master was appearing for<br \/>\nMr. H.B. Shah.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRegistry<br \/>\nto find out First Appeal No.256 of 1985 and if the claimants are<br \/>\nrepresented by a learned advocate in that first appeal then fresh<br \/>\nnotice is not required to be issued to the claimants in this first<br \/>\nappeal.
