INFORMATION SOUGHT                                     PIO'S REPLY\n 1     Name the person responsible for maintenance of        Mr. Rajender Kumar, Supervisor. (M):\n       Parks in E-Block Sector-16 Phone No or Mobile         9891916139.\n       no.\n 2. When plantation work in Blcok E-1 &amp; E-2 parks            Work will be completed in rainy season.\n       will be done?\n 3. How many malies are working in Block E-1 to E-5    E-block consist 6 parks having around\n       ?                                               1.64 acres of area. Malies are appointed\n                                                       for taking care of the same.\n<\/pre>\n<p> 4.   How many hours are devoted for each parks in the Marlies work as per the requirement.\n<\/p>\n<p>      week?\n<\/p>\n<p> 5.   Give the numbers of parks in E-Block.\n<\/p>\n<p> 6.   Give the number of developed parks in E-Block, There are 4 developed parks.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Sector -16 Rohini.\n<\/p>\n<p> 7.   Give the number of un-developed parks in E- There are 2 un-developed parks.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Block, Sector-16, Rohini.\n<\/p>\n<p>Not satisfied with the replies of PIO, the appellant filed second appeal.<br \/>\nThe First Appellate Authority ordered:\n<\/p>\n<p>        &#8221; Shri S.P. Singh says that he has given the information to the appellant who also admits that<br \/>\nhe has also received the information. However appellant wants that process for deployment of Mali to<br \/>\nlook after the parks should also be initiated by the department. The department is required to take suo-<br \/>\nmoto action ensue the proper maintenance of parks in the area. However, if any specific action is<br \/>\ndesired by the appellant, the appellant is advised to file a separate complaint for the same and<br \/>\ndepartment is directed to take prompt action on receipt of such complaint\/representation. Even<br \/>\notherwise, DD(Hort) is suppose to take regular round of the area and take remedial measures<br \/>\nwherever needed.
