P (C) No. 27247 of 2008\n               =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                Dated this, the 5th    September, 2008.\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners were students of B.Com degree (vocational) and<\/p>\n<p>B.Sc Physics for the academic year 2005-2008 respectively. The 1st<\/p>\n<p>petitioner failed in the subject &#8216;Banking Unit II&#8217; of 4th semester and<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd petitioner failed in the subject &#8216;Nuclear Physics&#8217; of the 5th<\/p>\n<p>semester.    They     submitted    Exts.P. 8 and P9 applications for<\/p>\n<p>revaluation.   They seek expeditious     completion of the revaluation<\/p>\n<p>process.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. The learned standing counsel for the University submits that<\/p>\n<p>the University would require at least two more months&#8217; time to<\/p>\n<p>complete the revaluation process.\n<\/p>\n<p>      After hearing both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the respondents to to complete the revaluation process<\/p>\n<p>for which the petitioners have submitted Exts. P8 and P9 applications<\/p>\n<p>and publish the results thereof, as expeditiously as possible, at any<\/p>\n<p>rate, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment, provided the applications are in order in all respects.<\/p>\n<p>                                         Sd\/- S.
