Trivedi, learned advocate for the petitioner states that he may<br \/>\nbe permitted to delete the name of Mr. K.B. Trivedi from the array of<br \/>\nthe respondent and implead the Advocate General in the official<br \/>\ncapacity. Permission to do so is granted. The necessary amendment be<br \/>\ncarried out forthwith.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p>P.K. Jani, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent<br \/>\nhas tendered a copy of the communication dated 12.11.2011, addressed<br \/>\nto the petitioner, which states that the application dated 25.8.2010<br \/>\nseeking permission of the learned Advocate General under Section<br \/>\n15(1)(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for initiating contempt<br \/>\nproceedings against the opponents, has been decided and consent has<br \/>\nbeen declined. The said communication, along with its annexures, is<br \/>\ntaken on the record of the case. It is further stated that, as the<br \/>\napplication of the petitioner has been decided, the prayers made in<br \/>\nthe petition no longer survives.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p>J.T.
