4. I have heard the ieamed counsel for the petitiozier and

5. As could be seen \ufb01om the records, it

\nthat the said amount was pajdend a
\ndisadvantage of the blank viesueei as  eat the’
\ntime of avaiiing the loan of Rs.{\u00a7,-(}(u1V:GLe~0(}~~..1f3fas. ‘\ufb01lled.-i1::\u00a7the blank
\ncheque and presented  Bank. It is his
\nsubmission that mete    and in the
\npiace of moot}; ate: ;    as 7 and in the
\nci1t:umstaVv1__1(;ee,’~..VZtieja; ”  is the evidence of<\/p>\n
manipul\u00e9ttion  and therefore, he requested the<\/p>\n
