He had sought\namount recovered in this matter\/scam, number of persons issued forged receipts, copy of FIRs,\nwhether ministry or minister has been informed about this scam, copy of the order by which officers\nwere suspended and so on...............\n\nPIO`s Reply:\nFrom the DUSIB, the Finance, Vigilance and SUR Branch supplied replies to the query.\n\nGrounds for the First Appeal:\nThe information provided was incomplete and misleading.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\nThe reply was relevant as per the information sought by the Applicant. If the applicant needed specific\nreply he was asked to approach the departments, with the I.D.\n\nGround of the Second Appeal:\nThe appellant was not satisfied with the reply.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Mr. Devender Singh Tomar;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent : Mr. Balbir Singh, PIO &amp; Dy. Director (Admin) and Mr. Vijay Maggo, JLO(Vigilance-\n<\/p>\n<p>              DUSIB)<br \/>\n       The appellant has sought information about a financial scam which occurred some time in<br \/>\nSeptember 2010. The respondents have informed the Appellant that an inquiry ordered by the Delhi<br \/>\nGovernment is currently going on and hence details of this are not available until the report is<br \/>\nobtained. The appellant has also sought details of any FIR filed against two officers who are<br \/>\n suspended. The respondents have stated that no FIR has been filed against them. However, they have<br \/>\nbeen suspended.
