Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :15\/06\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              --------------------------------------------------\n                 W.P.(C) NO.15349 OF 2010 (P)\n              --------------------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 15th day of June, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is an Acting Administrative Officer, Chenganur<\/p>\n<p>Devaswam in Aranmula Group. According to the petitioner he<\/p>\n<p>submitted a medical reimbursement claim for Rs.1 lakh and<\/p>\n<p>seeking reimbursement of the expenses incurred by him               in<\/p>\n<p>connection with his treatment for heart decease. It is stated that<\/p>\n<p>certain defects were pointed out and that were cured and bills were<\/p>\n<p>resubmitted. Complaint is that despite that reimbursement has not<\/p>\n<p>been effected so far.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Standing counsel appearing for the respondents on<\/p>\n<p>instruction submits that the petitioner had submitted medical<\/p>\n<p>reimbursement claim for Rs.9452\/- which was for treating Arthritis<\/p>\n<p>and not heart decease. It is stated that this claim of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>was considered by the Devaswom Commissioner and was rejected<\/p>\n<p>by order dated 29.4.2010. It is stated that the order of rejection is<\/p>\n<p>being communicated to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>WPC.No.15349 \/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  :2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      3.
