If yes provide the details.\n<\/p>\n<p>   4. Apart from the mistakes what were the net speed.\n<\/p>\n<p>   5. The list of the examination result that had been announced by the Board.\n<\/p>\n<p>   6. The copy of the question paper and the answer paper.\n<\/p>\n<p>Reply of the Public Information Officer (PIO):\n<\/p>\n<p>   1. The typing skill test was qualified in nature with the minimum speed 30 w.p.m. in English or 25<br \/>\n       w.p.m. in Hindi, as such information as sought was not maintained separately.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2. Same as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3. Same as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>   4. Same as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>   5. Marks in part II 93\/20. Failed to qualify the skill test hence not selected.\n<\/p>\n<p>   6. The copies of evaluated answer sheets scripts not being supplied as the Board had stayed order<br \/>\n       from the court against the directions of the CIC in this regard.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory reply of the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):<br \/>\nOrders were given providing the copies of evaluated answer would be given in 7 working days.<br \/>\n Grounds for the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory and incomplete reply of the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Raj Kumar;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. Hukam Chand, Superintendent on behalf of Ms. Kamlesh Hatta, Public Information<br \/>\n               Office &amp; Dy. Secretary;\n<\/p>\n<p>        The appellant has been given information but has not been provided a copy of the evaluated<br \/>\nanswer sheets. The Public Authority has obtained the stay form the Delhi High Court against the<br \/>\nCommission&#8217;s order to provide evaluated answer sheets.
