Respondents\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   14\/09\/2010         As per statement made in paragraph 6 of<\/p>\n<p>                  the writ application itself, it is clear that<\/p>\n<p>                  the   petitioner    could   not    attend   counseling<\/p>\n<p>                  due to some reasons beyond his control.<\/p>\n<p>                        In    the   circumstances,    he    cannot   raise<\/p>\n<p>                  any grievance with regard to non-inclusion of<\/p>\n<p>                  his name in the merit list. Petitioner has no<\/p>\n<p>                  ground to claim any right to be considered<\/p>\n<p>                  for appointment as Panchayat Teacher in the<\/p>\n<p>                  process of appointment.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        The    writ    application     is     accordingly<\/p>\n<p>                  dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>      Pradeep\/                         ( J.
