Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :11\/07\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n              -----------------------------------------\n                    W.P(C) No.29703 of 2005\n              -----------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 11th day of July, 2008\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:-<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                  a) to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus, or<br \/>\n           any other such appropriate writ, order or direction,<br \/>\n           commanding respondents 2 to 5 to immediately record<br \/>\n           the petitioner as the registered holder of the lands<br \/>\n           covered by Ext.P1 judgment and P3 certificate in<br \/>\n           Sy.No.36\/1-B of Tarur Village of Alathur Taluk in the<br \/>\n           Revenue Records and to issue patta and possession<br \/>\n           certificate in his favour in respect of these lands, after<br \/>\n           collecting the land tax due thereon, in accordance with<br \/>\n           law.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>There is no counter affidavit.
