The learned senior advocate has filed Action Taken<br \/>\nReport and invited attention of the Court to Item No. 2 pertaining to<br \/>\nPatel Dineshbhai Bhudarbhai.  It is stated that the demolition work<br \/>\nis, for the present, not carried further, as demolishing the RCC Slab<br \/>\nis going to seriously damage the construction, which is otherwise<br \/>\nlegal and is required to be retained.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tThe<br \/>\nlearned senior advocate, on instructions from the Deputy Sarpanch,<br \/>\nwho is present in the Court, states that Patel Dineshbhai Bhudarbhai<br \/>\nhad promised the Deputy Sarpanch that he will appear before the Court<br \/>\ntoday but after promising, he has chosen not to appear before the<br \/>\nCourt and therefore, Panchayat will undertake the exercise of putting<br \/>\nup column\/pillar to reinforce the retainable structure and will<br \/>\nrecover the expenses for the same from the party concerned. He<br \/>\nrequests that he be granted at least 10 days&#8217; time to see that the<br \/>\naforesaid exercise is completed and with that the remaining work of<br \/>\nremoving unauthorized construction is completed.  So far as the<br \/>\nconstruction of Shri Patel Govindbhai Shankarbhai is concerned, the<br \/>\nwork is already completed.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.0\tThe<br \/>\nmatter is kept on 27th December 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRavi R.
