No.21790 of 2010\n                            BINOD PASWAN\n                                 Versus\n                           STATE OF BIHAR\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03.   20.09.2010             Petitioners are languishing in jail in a case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Sections 395, 412 of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                             It is alleged that ten unknown persons took<\/p>\n<p>                   away pump set, mobile phone and cash of the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It is submitted on behalf of Sugriv Paswan<\/p>\n<p>                   that his name sprang up on the statement of co-<\/p>\n<p>                   accused Bind Paswan. Though he has been identified<\/p>\n<p>                   by one witness Prasuram Singh but after more than<\/p>\n<p>                   twenty days of remaining in custody and there is no<\/p>\n<p>                   recovery from the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             So far as Binod Paswan is concerned, his<\/p>\n<p>                   name also sprang up in the statement of Parsuram<\/p>\n<p>                   Singh and the mobile recovered from the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   belongs to his uncle Sanjay Paswan.            Though<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner&#8217;s name surfaced as one of the companions<\/p>\n<p>                   of the main accused persons.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             A statement has been made in para 14 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                   Considering the nature of allegation and the<\/p>\n<p>          petitioners having no criminal antecedent, let the<\/p>\n<p>          petitioners namely 1. Sugriv Paswan 2. Binod Paswan,<\/p>\n<p>          be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>          10,000\/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>          like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>          Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with<\/p>\n<p>          Akorhigola P.S.
