RAMKUMAR, J.\n                       ===============================\n                       Bail Application No.2976 of 2010\n                       ===============================\n                              DATED: 01.06.2010\n\n                                  O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners who are<\/p>\n<p>accused     in Crime No.180 of 2010        of  Ottapalam Police Station for<\/p>\n<p>offences punishable under Secs.379, 447, 506(1) &amp; 323 read with Sec.149<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned<\/p>\n<p>Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.     Having regard to the allegations levelled against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners, the relative conduct of the parties, the nature of the legal injury<\/p>\n<p>and the other circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-<\/p>\n<p>charge of the police station concerned to release the petitioners on bail for<\/p>\n<p>a period of one month in the event of their arrest in connection with the<\/p>\n<p>above case on each of the petitioners executing a bond for Rs. 25,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the<\/p>\n<p>like amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B. A.No.2976 of 2010                 -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>           1. The 2nd petitioner shall report before the<br \/>\n              Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.<br \/>\n              on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           2. The petitioners shall make themselves available<br \/>\n              for     interrogation        including    custodial<br \/>\n              interrogation as and when         required by the<br \/>\n              Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           3. The petitioners shall not influence or intimidate<br \/>\n              the prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt<br \/>\n              to tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           4. The petitioners shall not commit any offence<br \/>\n              while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           5.
