PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for\nRespondent(s) :\n1, \n=========================================================\n\n\n \n\t  \n\t \n\t  \n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nCORAM\n\t\t\t: \n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nHONOURABLE\n\t\t\tMR.JUSTICE Z.K.SAIYED\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 23\/02\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\napplicant has filed this application for fixing the early date of<br \/>\nfinal hearing of Criminal Appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned Advocate Mr. Hriday Buch for the applicant and learned APP<br \/>\nMr. Jani for the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p>Buch has contended that the applicant is a senior citizen and is not<br \/>\nkeeping good health and due to the pendecy of the above criminal<br \/>\nappeal, he is not getting his retiremental benefits  and  also<br \/>\nlooking to the pendency of old criminal appeals for hearing, the<br \/>\npresent appeal is not likely to be heard within near future.  He,<br \/>\ntherefore, prayed to fix the early date for final hearing of above<br \/>\ncriminal appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts of the case, the above appeal may be fixed for hearing<br \/>\nafter some reasonable time.
