The admissi\u00e9h m\u00a7d\u00a7.by respsndent<br \/>\nis that, ,a\u00a7t\u00a7r liss\ufb01\u00e9 %\u00a7\u00a7 *ch\u00e9que only, the<br \/>\ncredit \ufb01*\u00a7\u00a7_h\u00a7$ begn is\u00e9ued, but he baa mat<br \/>\nprQduced\u00abthe C\ufb01edit bill. The trial Court has<\/p>\n<p>not  taken vthi\u00e9_ fact into cansideration.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;&#8221;\u00ab_Mwr\u00e9\u00a2@er\u00abthe r\u00e9\ufb01g\u00e9ndent has met sent any reply<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;_in$\u00a7ite af service of notice. Notice was sent<\/p>\n<p>\ufb02y READ \u00a7$ per Ex.P~4 a3 well as US? Ex.P-5,<\/p>\n<p>t which Clearly indicates that notice was duly<\/p>\n<p>&#8221; 3etVed. Therefcre, the trial Caurt ought to<\/p>\n<p>Save \u00e9rawn in\ufb01erence&#8217;that the defence \ufb01e: out<br \/>\nby the respondent has not been rebutted. The<\/p>\n<p>re3p0ndent has mat produced the reliable<\/p>\n<p>appeilant is a proprietor.
