The immediate<\/p>\n<p>order that is made is for the Special Officer appointed in C.S.No.43 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>to produce the original of whatever documents that may be with him when<\/p>\n<p>the matter appears next on May 19, 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>           It is submitted on behalf of the third defendant that the third<\/p>\n<p>defendant is holidaying abroad and will return only on May 27, 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Advocates representing the third defendant will enquire of the third<\/p>\n<p>defendant whether he retains the original documents relating to the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>matters pertaining to the purported reference between the parties and<\/p>\n<p>report to Court when the matter appears next.\n<\/p>\n<p>           This order is made without prejudice to the first and second<\/p>\n<p>defendants&#8217; contention that the suit is not maintainable.           The second<\/p>\n<p>defendant has applied by way of G.A.No.1503 of 2011 that the plaint<\/p>\n<p>relating to the suit should be rejected. Such matter will also be considered<\/p>\n<p>on May 19, 2011. The first defendant supports the second defendant.
