Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :24\/11\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                    ================\n                 W.P.(C) NO. 33651 OF 2009 (B)\n                 =====================\n\n         Dated this the 24th day of November, 2009\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner joined the office of the Superintending<\/p>\n<p>Engineer, Irrigation, North Circle, Kozhikdoe as LD Clerk.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, in 2002, she was deployed for two years to a<\/p>\n<p>Grama Panchayat. Although, on completion of the term of<\/p>\n<p>deployment, she was ordered to be repatriated to her parent<\/p>\n<p>department, despite Ext.P5 order issued by the Government on<\/p>\n<p>5\/9\/2008 directing repatriation of employees like the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>making appointment to the post to be vacated by them, it is<\/p>\n<p>complained that the 3rd respondent has not taken any action on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P5.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    It is seen that complaining of the above, petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>also moved the 3rd respondent by filing Exts.P6 and P7. If as<\/p>\n<p>stated, by Ext.P5, Government have issued directions concerning<\/p>\n<p>the case of the employees like the petitioner, there is no reason<\/p>\n<p>why the 3rd respondent shall not take appropriate consequential<\/p>\n<p>action in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.
