RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                           - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                  BAIL APPLICATION NO.830 OF 2007\n\n               - - - - - - - - - ----------------------- - - - - - -\n\n             DATED THIS THE 13th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2007\n\n\n                                     O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       In this Petition filed under Sec.439 Cr.P.C. the petitioner who is<\/p>\n<p>the     5th  accused     in   Crime   No.25\/07   of   Irikkur   Police   Station   for<\/p>\n<p>offences   punishable   under   Sections     143,   147,   148,   452,   354,   323,<\/p>\n<p>324  and 427  read with section 149  IPC and section 25(1)  (a) of the<\/p>\n<p>Arms Act, seeks his enlargement on bail.  The petitioner was arrested<\/p>\n<p>on 24.1.2007.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.      I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.      Having regard to the nature of the   offences, the duration<\/p>\n<p>of judicial custody of the petitioner and the other circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>case etc.,   I  am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.   Accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his executing a bond<\/p>\n<p>for Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two solvent sureties<\/p>\n<p>each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the J.F.C.M.-II, Kannur<\/p>\n<p>and subject to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>       1.     The petitioner  shall report before the Investigating Officer<\/p>\n<p>       between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      2.      The   petitioner   shall          make   himself   available   for<\/p>\n<p>      interrogation as and when required by the Police, till the filing of<\/p>\n<p>      the final report.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<pre>B.A.NO.830\/06                         Page numbers\n\n\n\n\n\n                 3.   The     petitioner   shall   not   influence   or   intimidate   the\n\n<\/pre>\n<blockquote><p>                 prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper with<\/p>\n<p>                 the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                 4.
