Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :14\/12\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                     ===============\n                W.P.(C) NO. 31303 OF 2007 B\n               =====================\n\n         Dated this the 14th day of December, 2007\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents<\/p>\n<p>to conduct classes for M.Phil Degree Course in Clinical<\/p>\n<p>Psychology, for which the petitioner was admitted pursuant to<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P3 and P4. This writ petition was filed for the reason that<\/p>\n<p>the respondents have thereafter discontinued the course.<\/p>\n<p>     2.   It is now stated in the counter affidavit filed by the<\/p>\n<p>respondents 2 to 4 that the matter is at present placed before the<\/p>\n<p>Syndicate for approval and that the University intends to continue<\/p>\n<p>the course after getting sanction of the Syndicate.
