RAMACHANDRA MENON, J.\n                -----------------------------------------------\n                       WP(C) NO. 14909 OF 2010\n                   ---------------------------------------------\n                Dated, this the 17th day of May, 2010\n\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Challenging Ext.P1 order passed by the 1st respondent in respect of<\/p>\n<p>the assessment year 2008-&#8216; 09, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P2 appeal<\/p>\n<p>along with Ext.P3 petition for stay which are pending before the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that it is without any regard to<\/p>\n<p>the pendency of the said proceedings that Ext.P4 revenue recovery notice<\/p>\n<p>has been issued by the 3rd respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2. Heard the learned Government pleader as well.<\/p>\n<p>       3. Considering the facts and figures, the second respondent is<\/p>\n<p>hereby directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P3<\/p>\n<p>petition for stay in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at<\/p>\n<p>any rate within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment. However, it is made clear that till appropriate orders are<\/p>\n<p>passed on Ext.P3 petition for stay, all further coercive proceedings<\/p>\n<p>pursuant to Ext.P4, shall be kept in abeyance.<\/p>\n<p>       The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>                                         P.
