UPENDRA KUMAR SINGH CLERK , RAJ HIGH\n                  SCHOOL , DUMRAON, DISTT-BUXAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   18\/03\/2011             Since there is neither any receiving nor any date<\/p>\n<p>                   on the application contained in annexure-1 to the writ<\/p>\n<p>                   application, petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh<\/p>\n<p>                   representation before the Director, Secondary Education,<\/p>\n<p>                   Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 2) making a<\/p>\n<p>                   request for her transfer in the circumstances to be<\/p>\n<p>                   indicated in the said petition.
