Respondents\n\nPrayer   This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to inspect and conduct enquiry into the affairs of Manikandam Panchayat Union with special reference to the expenditure made by the Panchayat Union during October 2006 to till date.\n\tFor petitioner        : Mr.M.S.Palaniswamy\n\t\t\t\t\n\tFor respondents    : Mr.R.Murali\n\t\t\t   Govt. Advocate \n\t\t\t   \n\n                            -----                              \nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis writ petition is filed praying  to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to inspect and conduct enquiry into the affairs of Manikandam Panchayat Union with special reference to the expenditure made by the Panchayat Union during October 2006 to till date.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Mr.M.S.Palaniswamy and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 Mr. R.Murali,  Government Advocate .\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3.   Considering   the seriousness of  the allegations made in the present writ petition, the District Collector, Trichy\/ third respondent herein  is directed to deal with the matter with all seriousness and dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month  from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without  undue delay. And if necessary,  enquiry can be conducted  at an early date taking into consideration the plea made by  all the parties concerned. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations.
