Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :21\/12\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                               KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n\n                         -----------------------------------------\n\n                            W.P(C)No.21409  of  2003\n\n                         -----------------------------------------\n\n               Dated this the 21st  day of  December, 2006\n\n\n                                    JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayer:-<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                 (ii)      issue   a   writ   of   mandamus   or   such   other<\/p>\n<p>                 appropriate   writ   order   or   direction,   directing   the<\/p>\n<p>                 respondents   to   consider   Ext.P4   and   P6   reply   to<\/p>\n<p>                 determine   the   actual   amount   to   be   paid   to   the   Toddy<\/p>\n<p>                 Workers   Welfare   Fund   for   the   year   2002-2003   in<\/p>\n<p>                 respect of Licence No.TS 13 of Adimali Excise Range.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>There will be a direction to the first respondent to look into Exts.P4 and<\/p>\n<p>P6 with notice to the petitioner and take appropriate action thereon in<\/p>\n<p>accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this judgment.
