The lower court records have been received.<\/p>\n<p>                           It has been submitted that the informant, who is the son<\/p>\n<p>                    of the deceased is the sole eye witness and it is doubtful that he<\/p>\n<p>                    would have been spared by several accused persons if he was<\/p>\n<p>                    present near the place of occurrence.
