We \u00a0 heard \u00a0 these \u00a0 identical \u00a0 cases \u00a0 through \u00a0 videoconferencing. \u00a0 The\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Appellant\u00a0was\u00a0present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Gorakhpur\u00a0studio\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0NIC.\u00a0The\u00a0Respondents\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>were\u00a0present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Mumbai\u00a0studio.\u00a0We\u00a0heard\u00a0their\u00a0submissions.<\/p>\n<p>3.      The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0had\u00a0wanted\u00a0to\u00a0know\u00a0about\u00a0the\u00a0action\u00a0taken\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0RBI\u00a0on\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>his\u00a0complaint\u00a0against\u00a0an\u00a0urban\u00a0co\u00adoperative\u00a0bank.\u00a0The\u00a0CPIO\u00a0communicated\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>him \u00a0 the \u00a0 status \u00a0 of \u00a0 his \u00a0 complaint. \u00a0 The \u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 submitted \u00a0 that \u00a0 the \u00a0 CPIO\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>responded\u00a0late\u00a0and\u00a0that\u00a0too\u00a0with\u00a0inadequate\u00a0information.\u00a0On\u00a0the\u00a0other\u00a0hand,\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Respondents \u00a0 submitted \u00a0 that \u00a0 the \u00a0 RTI \u00a0 application \u00a0 had \u00a0 been \u00a0 received \u00a0 on \u00a0 3\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CIC\/SM\/A\/2010\/000527\u00a0&amp;\u00a0561<br \/>\n November\u00a02009\u00a0and\u00a0they\u00a0had\u00a0tried\u00a0to\u00a0collect\u00a0the\u00a0information\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0field\u00a0office\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>and \u00a0 forwarded \u00a0 it \u00a0 to \u00a0 him \u00a0 as \u00a0 soon \u00a0 as \u00a0 they \u00a0 received \u00a0 it. \u00a0 Besides, \u00a0 they \u00a0 also\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>submitted\u00a0that\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0meanwhile\u00a0they\u00a0had\u00a0sent\u00a0him\u00a0an\u00a0interim\u00a0reply\u00a0informing\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>him\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0information\u00a0was\u00a0being\u00a0collected.\u00a0 After\u00a0 carefully\u00a0considering\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>facts\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0case\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0submissions\u00a0made\u00a0by\u00a0both\u00a0parties,\u00a0we\u00a0found\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>slight\u00a0 delay\u00a0 was\u00a0 reasonable\u00a0 in \u00a0 the \u00a0 circumstances\u00a0 and\u00a0 the \u00a0 CPIO\u00a0 cannot\u00a0 be\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>faulted\u00a0on\u00a0this\u00a0count.\u00a0However,\u00a0we\u00a0would\u00a0like\u00a0to\u00a0direct\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0send\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Appellant \u00a0 the \u00a0 latest \u00a0 status \u00a0 on \u00a0 the \u00a0 action \u00a0 taken \u00a0 on \u00a0 his \u00a0 complaint \u00a0 within \u00a0 10\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>working\u00a0days\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0receipt\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0order.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>4.      Both\u00a0the\u00a0cases\u00a0are\u00a0disposed\u00a0of\u00a0accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>5.
