KURIAKOSE,J.\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                      W.P.(C) No. 13752 of 2005\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                           Dated: 3rd July, 2008\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Mr.P.R.Venkitesh, counsel for the petitioner submits that as per<\/p>\n<p>the revenue records as corrected upto date, the land in question<\/p>\n<p>stands registered in the name of the petitioner. The learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader submits that if as per the revenue records the<\/p>\n<p>land stands registered in the name of the petitioner, the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>need not have any apprehension that the Government will proceed as<\/p>\n<p>if the land is puramboke. I record the above submission of the<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader and dispose of the Writ Petition without<\/p>\n<p>granting reliefs.
