Singh, Sr. Advocate,\n                                         Ashok Singha &amp; Rashmi Kumar\n          For the State                  :-J.C. to S.C.I\n\n\n02\/14.05.2010<\/pre>\n<p>:   Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 According to the petitioners Government of India started a new Scheme<br \/>\n            named as &#8220;Swarnjayanti Gram Swarojgar Yojana&#8221; for distribution of food<br \/>\n            grains to the villagers living under poverty line through Mahila Swayam<br \/>\n            Sahayata Samuh. Accordingly, the petitioners formed Mahila Swayam<br \/>\n            Sahayata Samuh in different villages in order to distribute the food grains to<br \/>\n            the poor villagers and to that effect an agreement was executed in between<br \/>\n            those Mahila Swayam Sahayata Samuh and the State Government and thereby<br \/>\n            the State Government agreed to allot required food grains to Mahila Swayam<br \/>\n            Sahayata Samuh for distribution of the same to the poor villagers on fixed<br \/>\n            price.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 The grievance of the petitioners is that inspite of the aforesaid facts no<br \/>\n            food grains has yet been allotted to those Mahila Swayam Sahayata Samuh for<br \/>\n            distribution of the same amongst the villagers living below poverty line.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 In my view the grievance of the petitioners can very well be looked into<br \/>\n            and taken care of by the Deputy Commissioner, Palamau at Daltonganj and,<br \/>\n            accordingly, this writ petition is being disposed of by giving liberty to the<br \/>\n            petitioners to make a representation in writing stating in details about their<br \/>\n            grievance and claim along with the supporting documents, if any, to the<br \/>\n            Deputy Commissioner, Palamau at Daltonganj within a period of two weeks<br \/>\n            from today.
