SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                  ------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C) No.17708 OF 2010\n                  -------------------------------\n             Dated this the 8th day of JUNE, 2010\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner&#8217;s grievance in this writ petition is that Ext.P7<\/p>\n<p>appeal filed by the petitioner under the Right to Information Act<\/p>\n<p>before the 1st respondent is not being disposed of urgently as the<\/p>\n<p>situation demands. According to the petitioner, it is very urgent<\/p>\n<p>since the Kerala Public Service Commission is about to report<\/p>\n<p>candidates from the rank list, for inclusion in which, the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>is trying to obtain documents by resort to the Right to<\/p>\n<p>Information Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>     I have heard the learned Standing Counsel for the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent also.\n<\/p>\n<p>     In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the first respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>and pass orders on Ext.P7 appeal, after hearing all parties<\/p>\n<p>concerned as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a<\/p>\n<p>period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        S.
