The fact is Khasra\n                                                 Giradawri year 2000 to 2004 out of Khars no.\n                                                  1043( 20-0) 9-0 Bigha acquired by Govt. and\n                                                 11-0 acquired by Shri Hari Ram and Shri\n                                                 HariChand as land lord.\n           If both report are true, then inform It is false.\n(ii)       after the      completing all other\n           action and     registering        the\n           Appellant's report\n (iii)                                           Report regarding payment of compensation\n            Provide certified copy of postal regarding L.A Branch has been enclosed.\n           certification of ATR and action Clarification is being asked again from L.A\n           taken on the Appellant's Report Branch.\n           till now.\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nNot enclosed.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority:\nFAA stated that the representative of PIO informed that the application was forwarded to the\nSDM(DC) as the matter pertains to Sub-Division Defence Colony. The Appellant informed that\nhe had not received the requisite information after a lapse of prescribed period under the Act.\nThe fact was admitted by PIO\/DC. FAA stated that PIO\/DC should furnish the requisite reply to\nthe Appellant in respect of above three RTI Applications within a period of 10 days.\n\nGrounds for Second Appeal:\nRefused to access all information.\nAppellant requested to provide the certified copy of Mutation in Khasra No. 1043\/2(18-18)\nBigha Village Kilokri in the names of petitioners.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. Chahat Ram;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. L.S.Yadav, Tehsildar on behalf of Mrs. Juhi Mukherjee, PIO &amp; SDM;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Appellant would like to inspect the records relevant to his queries.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The PIO will facilitate an inspection of the relevant records to the Appellant on 27<br \/>\nNovember 2009 at 11.00am at the office of the PIO.
