NAZIR RESIDENT\n                   OF MOHALLA THANA TOLA, WARD NO. 8,\n                   DISTRICT SHEOHAR AND SECRETARY OF THE\n                   MADARSA COMMITTEE OF MADARSA ISLAMIA\n                   FALAHUL MUSLEMAN SHEOHAR MADARSA NO.\n                   50.\n                                          Versus\n                             The State Of Bihar &amp; Ors\n                             ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    03\/08\/2011            Annexure-12 is the communication made by the<\/p>\n<p>                   Secretary of the Bihar State Madarsa Education Board to<\/p>\n<p>                   the District Magistrate, Sheohar. This is dated 7.4.2009.<\/p>\n<p>                   A request was made to conduct an enquiry on the<\/p>\n<p>                   genuineness of the Managing Committee of the Madarsa<\/p>\n<p>                   in question and report to the Board.        The District<\/p>\n<p>                   Magistrate never responded. If that be so, then the matter<\/p>\n<p>                   cannot remain in abeyance indefinitely.
