Peeran  <\/p>\n<p>1. This is revenue appeal against a Public Sector Undertaking viz. BHEL. Shri Sounderarajan, learned DR submitted that the Revenue is yet to get the clearance certificate from the High Power Committee of Secretaries in terms of the judgment of the Hon&#8217;ble Apex Court in the case of ONGC and seeks for adjournment.<\/p>\n<p>2. None appeared for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>3. The appeal cannot be heard in the absence of the clearance certificate.
