Application for condonation of delay<\/p>\n<p>in filing the Review petition came up for orders it was<\/p>\n<p>submitted that against the impugned judgment       Writ<\/p>\n<p>Appeal No. 1497\/2007 was filed by the petitioner in the<\/p>\n<p>Original Petition and that the Division Bench relegated<\/p>\n<p>the matter to the Government for reconsideration.    In<\/p>\n<p>the light of this, the C.M.
