As   per   Exhibit   P3   revenue   recovery<\/p>\n<p>proceedings   are   initiated   and   petitioner   seeks   appropriate<\/p>\n<p>direction in this behalf.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     Heard the learned Government pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     In   the   facts   and   circumstances   of   the   case,   there   will<\/p>\n<p>be   a   direction   to   the   appellate   authority   namely   the   2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent herein to consider and dispose of the stay application<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously within a period of one month of petitioner producing<\/p>\n<p>a   copy   of   this   judgment.
