It was since not communicated to the learned advocates,<br \/>\nthe matter was being persuaded. It is further submitted that recently<br \/>\nthe petitioner has passed away. However, in view of the fact that the<br \/>\ndues sought for by way of relief in the present petition have already<br \/>\nbeen paid and no dispute remains with regard to the same, no cause<br \/>\nsurvives.
