Heard the learned counsels for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The   petitioner       is    apprehending his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest in connection with C&#8221; Case No. 252 of<\/p>\n<p>                   2004 registered under Section 47(A) of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Excise Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It appears that country made liquor,<\/p>\n<p>                   beer and other things were seized from the<\/p>\n<p>                   house of one Chandradeo Rai. It is alleged<\/p>\n<p>                   against the petitioner that he used to sale<\/p>\n<p>                   illegal liquor by keeping the same in the<\/p>\n<p>                   house of Chandradeo Rai.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Since   the     case    was       instituted    in<\/p>\n<p>                   2004,    this     court     is        not    inclined     to<\/p>\n<p>                   interfere.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Let the learned court below consider<\/p>\n<p>                   the     regular    bail      application         of      the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and try to dispose off the same<\/p>\n<p>                   if possible on the same day keeping in view<\/p>\n<p>                   that the seizure has not been made from the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner if the petitioner surrenders and<\/p>\n<p>                   prays for regular bail within a period of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        four weeks from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>                With        this      observation,          this<\/p>\n<p>        application is disposed off.<\/p>\n<p>                Let    the    order     be   faxed     to    the<\/p>\n<p>        learned S.
