Nawada - Petitioner.\n                                            Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR .\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   26.3.2011                  Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner is an accused in a case under sections<\/p>\n<p>                   302\/34 of the Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               On investigation the case was not found true against<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner and final form was submitted as far as petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                   concerned.
