Mr.K.M.Vijayakumar\n\t \t    Special Government Pleader\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard Mr.T.Muruganantham, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\npetitioner, as well as Mr.K.M.Vijayakumar, the learned Special Government<br \/>\nPleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if<br \/>\nthe representation of the petitioner, dated 15.08.2010, is directed to be<br \/>\ndisposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this<br \/>\npetition and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on<br \/>\nbehalf of the petitioner, the first and the second respondents are directed to<br \/>\nconsider and dispose of the petitioner&#8217;s representation, dated 15.08.2010, on<br \/>\nmerits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date<br \/>\nof receipt of a copy of this order.  The petitioner is directed to submit a copy<br \/>\nof the representation, dated 15.08.2010, along with a copy of this order, to the<br \/>\nfirst and the second respondents. However, it is made clear, that this Court, by<br \/>\nthis order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. The writ petition stands disposed of, with the above directions.
