KOMAL DEVI, WIFE OF MUKESH SAH AND DAUGHTER OF DASHRATH\n                      SWARNKAR, RESIDENT OF VILLAGE-LAKHMANIA, P.S.-BALIA, DISTRICT-\n                      BEGUSARAI.                                ....Opposite parties.\n                                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    19.02.2011                    Perused the record.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Petitioners being family members of the husband or<\/p>\n<p>                      apprehending their arrest in Complaint case registered under Section<\/p>\n<p>                      498A and 315 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.<\/p>\n<p>                                   It is alleged that after the marriage the complainant was<\/p>\n<p>                      tortured for the dowry which resulted into the abortion. Record reflects<\/p>\n<p>                      that the victim&#8217;s abortion was caused due to illness and initially she was<\/p>\n<p>                      being treated by her in-laws family.
