SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 01\/03\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>Opponent<br \/>\n\thusband is personally present. He has stated that he bas brought<br \/>\n\tfurther sum of Rs.7000\/- which shall be deposited  by him with the<br \/>\n\tRegistry of this Court by 4\/3\/2011. He has further stated that now<br \/>\n\tonly Rs.6000\/- is due and payable by the opponent to the applicant<br \/>\n\twhich shall be deposited by him on or before the next date of<br \/>\n\thearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>Let<br \/>\n\tthe opponent deposit a further sum of Rs.7000\/-, which he has<br \/>\n\tbrought with the registry of this Court, on or before 4\/3\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>On<br \/>\n\tthe deposit of the aforesaid amount  of Rs.7000\/-, it will be open<br \/>\n\tfor the applicant to withdraw the same without prejudice to the<br \/>\n\trights and contention of the applicant to claim the entire amount<br \/>\n\tand Registry is directed to pay the same to the applicant by Account<br \/>\n\tPayee Cheque on or before 8\/3\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tapplicant, who  is personally present in the Court, has made a<br \/>\n\tgrievance that even current dues are not paid, which is disputed by<br \/>\n\tthe opponent.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tapplicant may produce the statement of account showing the amount<br \/>\n\tdue and payable by the opponent, on the next date of hearing.<br \/>\n\tOpponent may also deposit an additional amount of Rs.1000\/- with the<br \/>\n\tregistry of this Court towards transportation charges to be paid to<br \/>\n\tthe applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of the above, S.O. to 11\/3\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t[M.R.\n<\/p>\n<p>SHAH, J.]<\/p>\n<p>rafik<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   Top<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujarat High Court Sushmaben vs Unknown on 1 March, 2011 Author: M.R.
