If no reply affidavit is filed by<br \/>\nthe next date, the Court shall presumed that the respondent shall<br \/>\nnothing to say in absence of the reply affidavit.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tStatus<br \/>\nquo as on date be maintained by all the concerned.
