This petition is filed under Section                    482 of<\/p>\n<p>Code  of  Criminal      Procedure           to     quash   Annexure-I<\/p>\n<p>complaint and Annexure-II FIR taken cognizance on the<\/p>\n<p>directions of the learned Magistrate under Section 156<\/p>\n<p>(3) of Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<p>         2.   Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that<\/p>\n<p>on investigation finding that the dispute is only                 of<\/p>\n<p>civil nature, refer report under Section 169 of Code<\/p>\n<p>of Criminal Procedure has already been                   submitted on<\/p>\n<p>30\/7\/2009, prior to the filing of this petition.
